Auto zoom means the app watches where you clicked and moves the frame there after you stop. It does not mean the app knows which part of the screen a viewer needs to read.

FocuSee and Screen Studio both do that from clicks. They are not the same app. Seailife has no Screen Studio listing, so the link above goes to Screen Studio's own site.

Pick the zoom before you pick the app:

The moment that matters is a click, and the clicks are not stacked on each other. Auto zoom is the right default. FocuSee's zoom guide asks you to leave a short gap between clicks, and to lower the zoom if the frame gets too tight.
The moment that matters was never clicked: a chart, a result, a menu that opened on its own. Auto zoom will not aim there. Use a manual zoom. Screen Studio's guide says this in one sentence: if there was no click, auto zoom has no target.
You are on Windows. Screen Studio's FAQ says it does not run there. FocuSee does.
