NELL Builder is a web tool that scores a startup idea against market evidence. It prints one-time pack prices beside monthly and yearly volume labels.
The pricing page puts three labels across the top. Pay-as-you-go is one-time, per report. Monthly says cancel anytime. Yearly says two months free. The dollars on the founder cards are the pay-as-you-go prices. The page's social description says you can pay per report or subscribe, with DeepValidate from $49 and Launchpad from $149. A Launchpad Yearly row says 24 validations and 12 GTM strategies a year, at two months free, and prints no yearly dollar. A DeepValidate Monthly row says two validations and five industry briefs a month, and prints no monthly dollar.
The homepage names the five pillars as problem real, market worth it, can we win, can we monetize, and NELL fit, rolling into one verdict score. A sample runs them on an AI receptionist for dental clinics. The methodology page, last updated 12 May 2026, names the fifth pillar verdict. It says a missing source is labeled insufficient public evidence.
IdeaBank briefs, Quick Validate, and refining a Playbook you already have stay free. You pay to generate a new one, and that block says this is never a subscription. Choose Student at sign-in and the first Playbook is free, with no card, plus 2 briefs. One more is $19.99. Five are $79.99, listed at $16.00 each. Ten are $149.99, listed at $15.00 each. The block says the charge is one-time and the credits never expire.
The Venture Execution Curriculum is 12 weeks, taught live, with one idea per team locked in week 1. Students are assessed on how they run the motion. The page says this is a curriculum, that NELL does not commit to revenue or closed deals, and that the assessment never depends on either. The price is quoted per cohort. A discounted student rate for NELL GTM Operations is mentioned and not numbered. Week 6 and week 12 are the graded reviews.
Launchpad at $149 grants 2 DeepValidate reports, 1 GTM strategy, and 5 briefs. One full run uses one validation and one GTM. Nothing expires mid-plan, and a report that fails to generate does not cost the credit. The homepage says a failed report costs no credit. The methodology page says a report that fails to generate cleanly, is interrupted, or comes back unusable returns the credit within seconds, and that a citation which does not support its claim can be flagged for a refund. What you can run is gated by credits, not by the plan name.
Every plan today is one login for one founder. Agency use is a conversation, and the page says there is no reseller program. Launchpad's card says 21 GTM sections. A homepage example named Sponge says 22. The pricing headline says consultants charge $5,000 or more for what NELL delivers in 5 minutes. The homepage says your ideas stay yours and never train a model. Nell AI Labs LLC calls itself an operating company, and says it is not a fund and not an accelerator. The contact is [email protected].
