Recastia takes one PDF and turns it into a flipbook, a narrated video, slides, or a web page, without rebuilding the file.
The same file can come out as different things, and they are not substitutes. A flipbook keeps the original layout and turns the pages, which suits a catalog, a magazine, a brochure, a report, or a portfolio. A video adds a voice, captions, music, and an optional avatar, so someone can watch instead of read. Slides explain the file page by page in the browser, with a link or a QR code. A landing page is built from the flipbook or the upload, with no code, and you ask for changes in plain language. It resizes for a phone.
Their own how-to splits the video into three modes. Minimal is silent: the pages, transitions, and music, with no script. Easy is one narration for the whole video. Advanced is a separate narration for each page you keep. AI can draft the words. They tell you to read that draft against the PDF before you use it. The upload screen on the video tool says the file must be under 100MB and under 200 pages. You can leave pages out.
The pricing page opens on yearly billing. Pro shows $8 a month, $96 billed for the year. Enterprise shows $16 a month, $192 for the year. The same cards store a monthly price: Pro is $10 a month, Enterprise is $19. Ten dollars times 12 is $120, which is $24 more than $96. Nineteen dollars times 12 is $228, which is $36 more than $192. Those are the "save $24" and "save $36" lines. Free is $0 either way.
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel, and you keep the period you already paid for. The banner says 7 days money back. The FAQ says you write to support with the account and the order, and the refund follows the terms that were in force when you paid.
The about page on recastia.com describes a platform for businesses, educators, and creators, and says thousands of users rely on it. It does not name a founder. A press release from Recastia Software Co., Ltd. quotes CEO Winston Zhang: content repurposing should reuse a document a team already has, and publish it as a video, a flipbook, a web page, a chatbot, or another format opened from a link. Another about URL on the same site lists several English names with no roles. Those names are not used here.
