ShipHappens is a Mac app that lays out App Store screenshots, translates the listing, and uploads them to App Store Connect.
Haplo built it to ship the studio's other apps. You drag device frames, headlines, and backgrounds on one canvas, export a display size in one pass, translate the metadata, and send screenshots, text, and locales to App Store Connect with a signed API key. No zip file, and no row of browser tabs. The frames they name are 6.5-inch iPhone, iPad 11-inch, iPad 12.9-inch, and Mac.
The Mac App Store listing is titled ShipHappens: ASO & Analytics. Its Coming Soon list still includes keyword optimization suggestions, along with per-locale screenshots, preview-video upload, a logo maker, review replies, more than one developer account, and an iOS version. The marketing page already shows a keyword screen: country and platform, then rank, popularity, and competition for each term. It says the popularity numbers are Apple's search popularity from 1 to 100, read with a free Apple Ads account, and that the ranks come from iTunes Search and can differ from what a shopper sees. The sample terms on that screen are fitness phrases such as "5k training" and "half marathon".
Setting that screen up is spelled out on the page: make a free Apple Ads account, give yourself an API role, run their Terminal command, paste public-key.pem into the Apple Ads account, and put the three IDs plus private-key.pem into ShipHappens settings. They say it takes about five minutes, and that you do not have to run an ad. The footnote says to treat the ranks as a trend, not as the number a shopper will see.
The store listing is free to download, and the description says the app does not run without ShipHappens Pro or the lifetime purchase. Prices on the listing are a week at $7.99, a month at $19.99, a year at $59.99, and lifetime at $79.99. Monthly and annual each start with a 3-day trial. Payment goes to the Apple account, and a subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. The store says the price you see in the app is the one for your region.
The listing does not have enough ratings for a summary. Two reviews are on the page. Itravel2much, on 07/23/2025, wrote: "Downloaded to see if I could speed up my localization process and was blown away. I highly recommend to all iOS developers." Pat Caz, dated Jun 25, wrote that the app no longer pushes anything to App Store Connect, so translation and the rest stopped working, and that the app offered no support. Haplo replied on Jul 8 that a recent update may have caused it, a fix was in progress, and to write to [email protected].
