Cliptalk is an AI editor that turns a prompt, a script or a link into a short video with a voice and captions, for people posting to social.
The homepage says you can start from an idea, a product, a script, a website, a photo or a link. It builds a script, visuals, a voiceover and captions, then leaves the result on a timeline. You can split scenes, change the caption, swap the voice, or tell it what to change in plain language. A FAQ says auto-editing, auto-captions, and removing silences or filler words do not spend credits. Credits are for generating images, video or audio.
The image on this page is Cliptalk's own editor screenshot, a project titled "A short story," not a video made from here. The preview is 16:9, stopped at 0:13 of 0:18, with the caption "her prize." The script column has three lines: "She reached out to claim her prize," "The world shifted around her instantly," and "Her journey had only just begun."
The homepage says the voice library is 140 or more premium voices and characters in 30 or more languages, and that you can clone your own voice. The pricing cards say 75 or more languages. The same homepage shows a cast it labels as AI characters, including UGC creators, professionals, story characters, talking fruit and talking animals, or a character built from one photo.
These are the monthly cards. Each card also links to a yearly plan, which was not opened.
A FAQ says a new account gets 50 free credits, and videos made on the free plan carry a watermark. A line under the cards says no credit card is required. The same FAQ still answers a question about minutes by saying they are allocated each month, while the cards themselves count credits. Canceling is described as opening the customer portal from the account page. Checkout is Stripe. This page was not taken through signup or a payment.
The MCP page says an assistant can make, edit and deliver a video in the chat. It documents Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude Code and Cursor. The server address is https://www.cliptalk.pro/mcp, the transport is streamable HTTP, and sign-in is OAuth rather than an API key. The public repo linked from the footer is payamsaremi/cliptalk-mcp. The pricing card is the place that ties full MCP access to the Pro plan, and it names Claude and ChatGPT there.
