Viblo is a browser editor for short videos. The plan you pick sets the monthly clip cap, the formats, and whether commercial use is listed.
Viblo is sold by Viblo AI LLC of Sheridan, Wyoming. The pricing page says the editing runs on Viblo Credits. Every plan also prints a monthly number of short videos, and every plan says exports are unlimited. The FAQ treats that video count as how many you can create.
The terms page says the annual plan is 50% off for a limited time. Each yearly price is half of twelve months at the monthly rate, and the yearly card still counts videos and credits by the month. Neither page says how many credits one video spends. Pro and Cinematic have no printed length. The only length on a card is Fast Mode, 60 seconds, on Starter. The in-app page also sells one-time credit packs: 100 credits for US$15, 300 for US$39, and 700 for US$79. The pack heading says they are non-expiring for 60 to 90 days. The refund policy says unused credits do not roll into the next billing period unless the plan says they do, and that a credit top-up is not refundable.
The pricing FAQ says you own every video you make and may use and distribute it as you choose. Section 9.2 of the terms, last updated 03/01/2026, says you keep ownership of what you upload or create, and Viblo does not claim it. The words Commercial Usage Rights appear on the Business card only.
The in-app price page titles the middle card Creator Plan. The product key behind that card is pro, and the name stored with it is Creator_Plan. The support FAQ says Pro Plan users receive priority customer support. No card heading says Pro Plan.
The FAQ says you can cancel at any time and keep access until the billing cycle ends, that videos made while you were subscribed remain yours, and that you need an active subscription to make new videos with the AI tools. The refund policy, also dated 03/01/2026, says cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access through the period already paid. When that period ends, the account returns to a free or inactive state and paid features stop. The same section tells you to export or download anything you want to keep before then. The homepage says cancel anytime, with no long-term commitment and no hidden fees.
The in-app price page says every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and that you will not be charged today. The public pricing page, under a heading for 7 days of free script-based editing, says no credit card is required. The Twitter video editor page says 7 days free and no credit card required. The refund policy says you are not charged while the trial runs, that the length and scope are set at sign-up, and that entering payment details authorises a charge for the selected plan when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. A trial is limited to one per person, household, or payment method.
The first subscription payment has a 30-day money-back guarantee. The request is an email to [email protected] within 30 days of that first charge, and it covers that first payment only. Renewals, upgrades, add-ons, and credit top-ups sit outside it. After those 30 days, a refund is for a duplicate or wrong charge, or a verified outage that blocked the service for a material part of the period, and the email has to arrive within 7 days of that charge. Cancel in the account dashboard, or email [email protected] with the subject Cancel Subscription.
